Make a difference to the well-being of older people.

The Role 

You will work under the direction of the Activities Coordinator to support and provide meaningful activities that enhance personal dignity, quality of life, independence and connectedness for each resident. We have 33 residents living at Taieri Court, Mosgiel, at Rest Home Level Care.

Hours: Permanent, Part-time; 12 hours per week. These hours will be worked 2 days per week from 1.30 Pm – 4.30 pm and Friday 9.30 am – 4.00 pm.


About You

We would love you to have:

  • A full driver's license
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and advocacy skills 
  • Good communication skills
  • A sense of humor/bright and bubbly
  • Initiative and creativity 

Preferably, you will have previous experience interacting with older people, however full support will be given.
