The Role
You will manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff and will be responsible for preparing tasty homestyle, well-presented food for our residents, Clutha Health First, Meals on Wheels clients and external catering clients. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the kitchen and service, including budgeting, planning, ordering, preparing, cooking, and serving meals. This is a client-driven role, where you enjoy serving wholesome home cooking and baking.
Our kitchen is spacious and light, and a nice atmosphere to work in with great staff.
Hours: This is a part-time permanent position; 38.75 hours per week; working 7.75 hours/day, 6.00 am- 2.15 pm Monday to Friday.
