Iona is seeking an experienced cook with a commercial kitchen environment who enjoys managing and leading others and delivering high‑quality food service. You will be joining a team led by an Enliven Manager who provides clear direction, genuine encouragement, and a supportive workplace. A new and improved kitchen shift roster has been designed to better support our team and strengthen daily operations. The Role
You will manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare tasty homestyle meals for 79 plus residents in our residential care and independent living units. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the kitchen and service, including budgeting, planning, ordering, preparing, cooking, and serving meals. This is a client-driven role, where you enjoy serving wholesome home cooking and baking.
