The Role
This role incorporates two important jobs: Housekeeping and Laundry.
The health and safety of Enliven residents, staff and visitors often depend on the clean, safe environment provided by efficient and effective Housekeepers and Laundry Assistants.
As a Housekeeper, you will provide an efficient and effective housekeeping service, presenting the facility in a clean, tidy and inviting manner, in accordance with the Enliven Philosophy. This work involves a range of housekeeping and cleaning activities throughout the facility, including cleaning resident bedrooms, showers, and toilets.
Our Laundry department is responsible for washing, drying, and sorting our residents’ linen, along with other linen for the care home. As a Laundry Assistant, you will be supporting the lives & well-being of older people living at Holmdene by providing general laundry duties.
A full orientation will be given.
