The Role

You will carry out repairs and maintenance across Iona and ensure the facilities and environments provide a safe and attractive space for residents, staff, and visitors. This role will involve undertaking repairs, liaising with contractors, conducting maintenance checks, and keeping external areas clean and tidy. 

Hours:  Permanent, Fulltime; 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

About You 

The ideal applicant will:

  • Practical hands-on experience in carrying out a wide variety of repairs
  • Work well in a team, and have good time management skills
  • Good organisational skills, to liaise with contractors and suppliers
  • Be physically fit and strong 
  • Hold a current driver’s license
  • NZ trades certification or relevant qualification (not essential)
