We are seeking a passionate cook with either commercial or home cooking experience. If you a comfortable making bulk meals, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You will be a key part of the team involved in the preparation and cooking of meals for Taieri Court Residents and the community. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective food service, presenting meals in an appealing and appetizing manner and general duties including baking; some cold dessert preparation; some other menu preparation; some meat preparation; breakfast & dining room set-up (including cleaning); general kitchen duties.
You will work in a small supportive kitchen team providing a high standard of meals. You will cook the meal for 33 residents at Rest Home level care.
Hours: 11.00 pm - 7.00 am; roster pattern 4 on 4 off
